Returns & Replacements

Please note that we cannot accept return of any merchandise unless the return has been authorized prior to it's return. Please call (618-931-7870) or email (customer-service@black-bear-haversack.com) for authorization and shipping method to return merchandise. We cannot be responsible for merchandise returned without authorization or the cost incurred by for returns without prior authorization. Items returned after the 7 day policy will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, depending on the circumstances.

Note: Merchandise that has been price marked, shelf worn or removed from its original packaging cannot be accepted for return. Refunds will be given in US Dollars which will be posted as a credit on your credit card.

Claims and Damaged Merchandise

We inspect all merchandise for damage before shipping and make every effort to package items to prevent breakage during shipping.

However, damages can occur.

Any claims for breakage, damages or loss must be reported within 24 hrs of receipt in order to receive compensation. You will need to contact us either by phone (618-931-7870) or email (customer-service@black-bear-haversack.com) so we can instruct you as to what steps to take to receive compensation.

We reserve the right to either refund your credit card or replace the item(s) due to breakage, damage or loss.
