Check or Money Order sent in must include order total and shipping-handling cost, before your order is processed.
Shipping and handling charges are based on the total merchandise weight of each order shipped to a single address. If an order ships to multiple addresses, shipping charges will be applied for each address, based on the merchandise weight shipped to each address. If an order is shipped in multiple packages to the same address, there are no additional shipping charges.
We ship all in-stock merchandise within 48 - 72 hours upon receipt of the order and payment. Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend are shipped on Monday, except during some holidays. For items which are temporarily out-of-stock, the order will be shipped short and the dollar amount of your invoice will be adjusted and billed acordingly.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order. Delivery options for most items include:
UPS Ground (allow 1-5 business days for delivery)
USPS First Class (allow 4-5 business days for delivery)
USPS Priority Mail (allow 2-3 business days for delivery)
Global Express Mail (International orders only)
A handling fee will be added for each shipping address.

Return Policy
Merchandise purchased at Black Bear Haversack may be returned within 14 days as long as the item(s) returned is(are) in the original, unused condition. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds will be given in US dollar. Items returned after the 14 day policy will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
